Important Notice to International Customers

You are responsible for assuring that the ordered product can be lawfully imported to your country. You must comply with all laws and regulations of your country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Germany may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to those. Additional charges for customs must be defrayed by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. There can be delays in the delivery time when customs clearance procedures are required.

Return Policy for International Customers

Contact the seller within 7 days after you received the item if you want to return it. The buyer pays return shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The product must be returned unopened and undamaged. If you return a product, you will be the exporter from the destination country which means you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully exported back to Germany.
